As a movement expert, Greg can evaluate how you move and help you optimize your movement patterns so that you are less susceptible to injury which is especially important if you have already experienced pain or injuries previously. Confidence in your movements leads to success in your activities as well as a healthier and more enjoyable life.
Wellness Subscription/Tune Up
- Wellness Subscription: Think of this as your routine maintenance plan to stay ahead of the game rather than dealing with each crisis as it occurs. A specific prescription of maintenance drills and techniques will be provided to you based upon a comprehensive movement evaluation and your particular goals. Modifications can and will be made each session depending on your progress and potential changes in your goals.
- Annual Check Up: $300
- Bi-Annual Plan: $500/yr. ($250/session)
- Quarterly Plan: $800/yr. ($200/session)
- Monthly Plan: $1200/yr. ($100/session)
- Annual Check Up: $300
- One-Time Tune Up: $75/session. Use this any time during the year if you need a refresher following any check up session.
