GUNKS Running Lab

Whether dealing with an injury or working towards a performance goal, treadmill analysis is an incredibly valuable tool to take advantage of as it reveals many important details unique to each runner.  Being able to observe and record video of your running style allows for dissection from the ground up in order to determine what can be modified or improved upon.  It can help cut through the noise of foot strike, minimal vs. maximal shoe choice and all of the other one-size-fits-all solutions that don't address the individual.  Ultimately, the goal is to get you running your best and injury free!
