Workshops/Speaking

Physical therapist may be his official title, but Dr. Greg Cecere believes 'movement specialist & educator' is more appropriate.  Without being able to teach people about the different aspects of the human body, success becomes much less likely.  That's why engaging the 3 pounds of tissue between your ears is a priority for Greg in order to create the right physical environment and mindset for recovery as well as performance gains.  Every client in his office can attest to this but Greg doesn't want to keep his 'secrets' in-house only.  He truly enjoys taking his knowledge and expertise on the road.  Contact Greg to discuss the possibilities.

Movement, Mobility & Maintenance Workshop

Taking a page from Sir Isaac Newton's book, Movement, Mobility & Maintenance is a workshop-style class based on the idea that a body in motion stays in motion.  Simple movement patterns and mobility drills can go a long way into enhancing your daily and recreational activities while lowering your risk of injury.  Participants can expect to learn how to perform basic maintenance techniques so that they can optimize their performance and manage all of the little things before they turn into something bigger.
  • Each workshop is designed specifically to fit the goals of the group.
  • Topics can be broad themes or related to specific performance demands or anything in between.
  • Follow up emails with video review is provided as a free resource afterward.
